Often times, people wonder how they can best grow spiritually or what is the best way to know and understand God more deeply? My answer to them is to look at the Bible and see what Jesus’ strategy for spiritual growth was. Jesus did not recommend spiritual self help books or give people an easy three step solution. Jesus’ strategy for spiritual growth was discipleship. Jesus invested his life in to a small group of people to help them grow spiritually. The remarkable thing about this strategy is that these same guys that Jesus discipled went on to make more disciples themselves and started the early church.

At Anderson Mill, we are committed to helping people grow spiritually the same way Jesus did through one-on-one or small group discipleship. We call these discipleship groups Life Groups. This is where we partner mature believers with people like you, who want to grow spiritually. This is not a “quick fix” or an overnight solution. Instead, this is men and women investing their lives into other men and women for the purpose of spiritual growth.

So where are you spiritually? Do you have a desire to grow and to be challenged in your faith? If so, I would ask you to prayerfully consider being authentically discipled and then contact me so we can start the process.
